Learning Council Work Plan

Due to COVID-19, Governance meetings on campus have been suspended for the 2019-2020 school year. New work plans will be developed during Fall, 2020.

Learning Council, the teaching and learning policy and planning body of Lane Community College’s governance system, is developing a new long-range learning plan to serve the college for the next five years, with annual updates. This plan will inform the college’s strategic plan, financial plan, facilities master plan, diversity plan, technology plan, and other strategic planning efforts. 

Broad-based input, in-depth analysis, and a diversity of perspective are essential to this work. The Learning Council will be joining current planning conversations and engaging in outreach activities for ensuring individuals and groups across the campus can contribute.
