Information for Student Organizations

To create a new student club or revive an inactive student club, students must:

1. Review the policy regarding organizations at Lane Community College as published in the College Online Policy and Procedure System.;
2. Review and follow the procedure, Student Organizations Guidelines, published in the College Online Policy and Procedure System;
3. Contact the Center for Student Engagement in Center Building, Room 201, or email cse@lanecc.edu,
   • for sample copies of bylaws and constitution and
   • to find out if the club existed previously and is currently inactive;
4. Either build their group or update the pre-existing group in Titan Communities; and
5. Be ratified by the Council of Clubs before accessing campus resources.
