Academic Technology
Academic Technology supports the college’s goals of maintaining and enhancing quality learning environment while providing accessible and equitable learning opportunities. We do this through promotion of innovative pedagogy, student focused teaching strategies and the use of technology to help enhance the learning experience and engage students. We are comprised of five departments and directly support 3 institutional strategies.

One-stop academic support center for faculty and staff with a drop-in lab and training classroom.
Instructional Design Services
IDServices is geared to support instructors in the development and growth of online and hybrid courses.
Instructional Testing Services
Proctored testing for Lane Community College courses. Students are directed to take exams in ITS by their instructor(s).
Media Services
Video and Multimedia Resources - The Media Services Center is your one-stop support center for creating rich media for in-class and online instruction as well as other services.
Academic and Tutoring Services
Provides a supportive learning environment with free services including: tutoring in Math 10 and 20; help with general computer skills and content supporting CIS101 and CS120; and assistance with all stages of the writing process for all classes.
