What is Specialized Support Services?
Specialized Support Services provides employment training and education to adults who experience developmental and intellectual disabilities. S3, as we are known, operates as a cooperative venture between Lane Community College, the Lane County Office of Developmental Disabilities, and the State of Oregon's Seniors and Persons with Disabilities Division.
Our program offers intensive individual instruction that addresses social skill development, on the job employment skills training, work crew skills in socially integrated settings, supported work skills, and competitive community employment placement.
